Splx End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: December 25, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Splx. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Splx application ("App"), you (a) acknowledge you are 18 years of age or older, (b) agree to be bound by this EULA, and (c) agree to comply with all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your conduct and content. The App is a community that does not tolerate offensive content or misuse. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose.
  • Post, create, or share any User-Generated Content (UGC) that is:
    • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene.
    • Excessively violent, gory, or intended to harass, threaten, or cause severe emotional distress.
    • Promotional of gambling, illegal drugs, or drug abuse.
    • Constituting hate speech, political intimidation, or discrimination based on race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected grounds.
    • Otherwise objectionable or harmful, as determined in our sole discretion.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Attempt to circumvent any content-filtering or safety measures.

4. Content Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, and remove any UGC at any time for any reason. Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal of content, suspension, or permanent termination of your access to the App, without prior notice or liability.

5. In-App Purchases & Payments

  • The App may offer virtual goods or services for purchase ("In-App Purchases").
  • All In-App Purchases are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store. You agree to Apple's respective Payment Terms and Conditions.
  • Purchase Confirmation: You will have an opportunity to review and confirm the details (item, price) of any purchase before it is finalized. By confirming, you authorize the charge to your Apple account.
  • All charges are final. Prices are subject to change. We do not handle payment processing or refund requests directly—these must be managed through Apple Support.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (except your UGC), is owned by Splx and is protected by intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or code.

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate it immediately if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPLX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction/State, e.g., the State of California], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BY USING THE SPLX APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS EULA, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE CREATION OR SHARING OF OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT, AS PROHIBITED HEREIN, IS A MATERIAL BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT.
